Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• The service requested was not delivered
   
• Technical support could not be provided due to internal service issues
   
• Duplicate payments were made
   

Refunds may not be issued if:

• The issue was successfully resolved
   
• The problem is related to hardware failure or third-party software restrictions
   
• Incorrect information was provided by the customer
   

Customers must request a refund within 7 days of the service date. Requests should include transaction details and a description of the issue.

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed according to our service policies.
